Each order is processed with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to two weeks for dispatch, as we ensure every product meets our high standards before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Within Australia:
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services or Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders under $1000, no hidden fees, no extra charges at checkout. Your order will be securely packed and dispatched within our standard processing timeframe.

Shipping & Import Costs:
We take care of international shipping, import duties, and taxes so your order arrives with no hidden fees. For orders over $1,000, an additional import handling fee will be added at checkout to cover these costs upfront.

This means no delays, no surprise charges, just smooth delivery, handled by us.

Tracking & Delivery:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey. If you haven’t received tracking info after two weeks, please get in touch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your parcel seems delayed, let us know and we’ll do our best to assist. However, once an item has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
