Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of trading cards and the collectible market, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, unexpected pull results, or minor packaging imperfections.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack every order with care, using protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure coverage in the event of loss or damage during transit.
Important: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and do not open or tamper with the product packaging.
Opening or using the item may affect your eligibility for resolution under our policy, as we cannot verify the condition of the product after opening. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items that have been opened or used.
Please note: Occasionally, products may arrive to us with damage from the manufacturer. If this occurs, your order may be delayed slightly as we wait for a suitable replacement. This is to ensure that every item shipped from Hobby Box Heaven meets our high-quality standards.
Damaged Cards or Manufacturer Errors
Hobby Box Heaven is not responsible for manufacturer or production errors. This includes cards damaged during production as well as a lower-than-stated number of inserts or hits.
These issues will need to be brought to the attention of the product’s manufacturer directly. We’re happy to provide you with contact information for the relevant manufacturer to assist you.
Manufacturer replacement is typically only valid for one full calendar year after a product's release date. In most situations, the manufacturer will do their best to provide you with a fair resolution.
When will my order ship?
We dispatch all orders within two weeks. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll be in touch to keep you informed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.
All payments are securely processed in AUD.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this stage, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your nominated address.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Please double-check your cart before checking out. If you have not yet received your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately — we may be able to cancel the order before it begins processing.
Do you take payment straight away when I place an order?
We only take payment for orders once we've confirmed item availability. At checkout, your payment method may be authorised, but it won't be fully processed until we're sure we can fulfil your order.
Items are subject to availability. If for any reason we're unable to supply it, your payment will not be captured (or will be fully refunded if already processed).
